The CGM Group (East Anglia) Ltd was founded in 1985 and provides a complete service to both commercial and domestic customers. Operating throughout East Anglia, CGM Group has bases in King’s Lynn, Norwich, Cambridge and Peterborough and regularly travel into Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to facilitate the delivery of practical Arboriculture operations throughout the business. To price new work and deliver outstanding customer service to new and existing client base. To maintain excellent health and safety practices throughout your teams.
Purpose of Role:
To deliver arboricultural consultancy and survey works across the CGM Group.
To use supporting knowledge of Arboriculture, tree biology, pest and disease, tree safety managing, planning and subsidence related issues.
Develop existing client relationships and develop new opportunities.
Compile reports and recommendations for works in line with industry standards
To provide onsite guidance and assistance to arboricultural teams throughout the operating area of the business
To carry out site visits to clients to prepare quotations and provide advice and guidance
To manage enquiry client list, making contact and booking in site visits
Ensuring knowledge of current industry best practice and all associated knowledge is maintained at an acceptable level by attendance at CPD events and training
Assist in programming of quotations through liaison with the arboriculture administrator
Ensuring quotation deadlines are achieved through prompt attendance to site visit requests
Provide the Arboriculture Director with weekly updates and progress for the department’s performance.
What we're looking for.....
Understanding of modern arboriculture practice and theory
Proficient in all aspects of practical arboriculture
Strong communicator with clients, staff and management
Competent IT skills
Knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to arboriculture
Ability to price works
Ability to work remotely
LANTRA PTI
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience
Desirable
IPAF
QCF Level 4 qualification in Arboriculture
First Aid

This role is being offered on a full time, Monday to Friday. You will be provided with a company vehicle, work phone, tablet and laptop.
