Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage guest enquiries and reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
- Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
- Upsell other areas of the hotel.
- Ensure expectations are set correctly, in advance of the guest’s stay.
- Office administration as required
Requirements:
- 1-year previous experience in a reception/reservations role in a hotel
- Previous experience using Hotsoft a distinct advantage
- Excellent customer care skills
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential
- Highly motivated, and a team player.
