About the role

Are you passionate about sales, professionally strong and have a commercial drive?

In this position, you thrive on spending most of your work time with the customers, using your professional and personal skills to understand customer needs, build a substantial and long-term customer relationship of trust and translate this into solutions for the benefit of companies.

The job includes the following:

  • Finding new customers and continuing to build relationships with existing customers.

  • Develop and execute a business plan with both short-term and long-term goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

  • Be a professional sparring partner for business managers and companies in general by giving presentations about Iknal Semikan and candidates.

  • Be an ambassador for Iknal Semikan, ensuring that customers receive the best service.

  • Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and in-person visits to promote our services.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Negotiate sales deals and contracts with customers to meet revenue targets.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement.

What you need

If you are an incredible individual with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed, this is the place for you. We need you'll bring with you the following:

  • You need to live in Scandinavia, preferably in Sweden.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent.

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a sales representative or relevant sales role.

  • Experience in business development.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Must possess strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships and influence management skills.

  • Adaptable and comfortable with change.

  • Have a positive and solution-oriented attitude that customers benefit from.

  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Swedish.
