We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan, to oversee customer relationships and ensure seamless coordination with our SEO Manager.
Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective communication with our SEO Manager to deliver outstanding service and achieve optimal results. Your role will involve understanding clients' needs, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring the smooth execution of SEO strategies. A customer-centric mindset and strong experience in account management are crucial to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor
- Collaborate closely with the SEO Manager to align strategies, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct regular client meetings, providing progress updates, discussing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into actionable SEO strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, developers, and designers, to implement SEO initiatives
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of client projects
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO research tools
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
- Proficiency in project management and task prioritization
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Location and Work Arrangement:
This position requires the selected candidate to work from our office in Lahore, Pakistan. Remote work or alternative work arrangements are not available for this role. Therefore, candidates must be willing and able to commute to our office on a daily basis.
