Key responsibilities- A service excellence focus is consistently maintained at all times while working to service levels.
- Act as a point of contact for all Product Administration queries.
- Reconstruction of historical cost base information for all assets at inception for the purpose of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) reporting.
- Data interpretation, analysis and subsequent problem solving.
- Assist with the quarterly and annual tax reporting processes.
- Liaise with external providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quarterly and annual tax reporting.
- Calculation and processing of client facing and platform service fees.
- Processing of account closures.
- MDA compliance, monitoring and reversion.
- Work closely with the Reconciliations and Corporate Actions teams to ensure overall data integrity and service quality.
Key skills required
- 3 years’ experience in Portfolio administration or a similar role.
- Proven ability to prioritise work and meet agreed deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft applications (intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Experience with IPS/ Iress
- Basic understanding of Corporate Actions and their effect on cost bases
