Qualification
- Business / Sales Diploma or Degree
- Over 10 years of cutting tool industry experience on sales is desired
- Experienced in organizational management and leadership holder
- Establish the goal and objectives of the corporation for short-term and long-term in line with Group Vision and Strategy
- Develop Business Plan and Strategies to achieve the goal of the corporation
- Oversee and manage the operations and business activities to produce the desired results
- Present the report to the business and the performance of the corporation to the head office
- Lead and motivate the employees to advance and to develop a high performing team
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the growth of the corporation
- Build trust relations with key partners to grow and strengthen the corporation and represent the corporation
