We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Simply Accounting and be proficient in Excel . This is a clerical position that requires data entry, customer service support, file management and strong organizational skills.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and responding to emails and set priorities
- Enter orders, credit memos, customers, and updated data into Simply Accounting
- Working with various online customer portals to export and import data
- Processing invoices, work with shipping software, filing and other duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience as a Office Assistant
- Proficient in Simply Accounting and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
