Our Quality Assurance Department is to construct the QMS and function as a Quality Business Partner (QBP) to support of the QMS in each department of Novo Nordisk Japan (NNPL). In addition, as cLEAN promotion office, this department also operates cross-team or cross-organizational business process improvement projects.You will be able to experience large-scale activities to spread Novo Nordisk (NN) quality initiatives to all NNPL employees and also activities that will enable you to see detailed tasks of each department.
For various types of people such as those who want to lead the operations, and those who are good at supporting others, this is a job that you can make use of your own personalities and experience. Most of the current members, including the Director, were all came from other job types.
The position
As our QMS Specialist (QMS Professional) your tasks are as follows:
- Operation of compliance-check (self-inspection) and audit based on regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as a QMS group member. Maintenance of SOPs in which the Quality Assurance department has been involved.
- Approval of change request and deviations that affect product quality, patient safety, validated status and regulatory document. Coordination of document and record retention processes. Operation of quality training to NNPL employees.
- As a Quality Business Partner (QBP), support the application of training and improve business processes for the divisions you are assigned. Perform general QMS operations such as change control, deviation handling, SOP, document retention, process landscape, etc.
- Planning and operation of business process improvement projects as cLEAN Promotion Office member.
Qualifications
- Have at least one year of working experience at healthcare industry.
- Fluent Japanese and business level English is required.
- Knowledge of Japanese Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Law is preferred. Knowledge of GxP is a plus.
- As a person, you have a good business mindset, ethical behaviour, open-mindedness, prepared for changes and a customer-oriented attitude.
