Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building/maintaining/managing Quality Management Systems preferably ISO Standards
- Experience in managing Authority (i.e. MOH) and clients audits
- Experience in developing and managing a QMS in compliance with ISO Standards

Job Description:
- Compliance First - Prioritise full compliance with Turkish Health Authority, DHL Requirements and ISO 9001 and similar standards to ensure Patient Safety – SISPQ (Safety, Integrity, Strength, Purity & Quality).
- Development, management and maintenance of all required elements of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements, company’s internal quality policies and meet customer expectations.
- Ensure that ES-3 Site Operations are managed according to regulations and required standards; ensure that KPIs are followed accordingly.
- Ensure that Operational Quality Representatives at The Site work according to current policy and procedures
- Ensure that ES-3 Site is operated according to current policy and procedures
- Ensure that ES-3 Site audits are performed according to the plans
- Ensure that ES-3 Site is operated according to current policy and procedures
- Attend customer MBR and QBR meetings, review service quality and develop action plans with operations.
- Follow quarterly customer satisfaction surveys, record feedbacks, define action plans for improvement with all stakeholders and ensure corrective and preventive actions are in place.
- Provide quality trainings to company employees within the framework of Quality Management System
