The purpose of this role is to market FUNDI brand, identify selling opportunities in line with FUNDI products and services, manage leads in line with Digital sales platform, process customer loan applications in line with rules and regulations, meet and exceed sales targets set for the financial year, conduct after sales service to identify opportunities that might have been missed and also identify service related issues that may exist for resolution point of view in line customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets set by the business in line with business strategy.
- Provide sales plan in line with sales targets given/set by management. (The plan should talk to weekly and daily).
- Cross sell non tuition loans in line with fundi product offerings
- Grow own data base for selling opportunities through effective implementation of referral strategy
- Ring fence all the client’s needs i.e. promote one stop shop. (sell solutions based on what a client needs)
- Follow up on application status
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are met both on the rand value and units
- Migrate clients to self service channels i.e. drive phygital migration strategy.
Qualifications:
Grade 12
Certificate in Business Management/Sales or related discipline

Salary: R75,000.00 - R130,000.00 per year
