Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the real estate market, including property owners, landlords, and property managers, with a focus on connecting them with suitable tenants.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to effectively position RoomyFinder's services.
Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of RoomyFinder's platform to clients, emphasizing how it can streamline their property management processes and improve tenant acquisition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, including targeted campaigns, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, addressing their pain points and showcasing the unique value proposition of RoomyFinder.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new clients.
Liaise with internal teams, such as customer support and technical departments, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using RoomyFinder's CRM or sales management system.
Continuously meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of RoomyFinder.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
