Do you want to secure an outstanding LEGO Building Experience - both for the physical and digital Building Instructions?
And can you ensure that all components to the building experience support an accurate Building Instructions design? Then this position is for you!
Come join the Building Experience (BX) Platform Team and mature and enable new building experience content platforms, by ensuring scalable and repeatable solutions within our current platforms (graphic assets, software, production methods, workflow, and guidelines) as well as investigating new platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Be brave and curious as you drive projects effectively and co-create content together with the team and:
- Ensure sustainable and appropriate quality for new BX content in digital and physical Building Instructions - this will be done collaborating closely with Product and Marketing Development specialists and Operation departments
- Investigate capabilities: Research and deep dive into collaborator's knowledge and processes (e.g., specialists within 2D & 3D design) to mature new BX concepts into content platform
- Create content (guides), documentation and communication across teams, for all new BX content platforms
- Continuously ensure that the BX Recipe is updated with new design descriptions (BX database)
- Investigate opportunities on both digital and printed Building Instructions experiences on a content level - for instance through kids/consumer building test
- Participate in pilot projects to have a repeatable and scalable BX content platform for future systems and tools

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate may have an educational background in product development, product experience design, or user centered design, combined with proven experience in project- & product development.
In addition, we would love to see that your skillset and experiences include:
- Data driven consumer investigation, user tests and validation (e.g., kids test)
- Technical writing or other graphic user interface documentation work
- Superuser in MS (Microsoft) Office – especially communication and presentation tools
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D design software tools & media technologies. (e.g., Maya, Adobe Suite - InDesign, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of prototyping and creating mockups for e.g., test exploration of concepts, processes, and tools
You are a good facilitator and communicator across various interfaces, and engage effectively with collaborators at various levels. You work in a structured way with a clear sense of ownership. When taking decisions on smaller or radical changes, you are open-minded and confident.
