Job Description SummaryBe in charge of tax compliance related filing activities, including VAT, CIT, stamp duty, etc; Continuously improve tax filing process with communication with stakeholder; Communicate with tax officers for any questions or issues;
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Ø Responsible for reviewing annual CIT calculation, reconciliation, including the follow-up working such as related party transaction contemporaneous documentation etc.
Ø To maintain good working relationship with the tax bureau, tax consultant and
internal/external auditor
Ø Responsible for all related reports - i.e. important monitoring company report, etc
Ø handle in preparation of tax returns such as VAT, local levy, corporate income
tax (CIT), stamp duty, withholding tax, issue Golden Tax System (GTS) etc.
Ø Work with other functions such as legal entity controller; Asian share service center, the APAC Tax team, third party service providers et.
Ø Work on other ad hoc project where required
The successful applicant should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as
excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be motivated, independent, a
self-starter and a versatile team player.
Pre-requisites:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications, CPA would be a plus
- At least 10 years of accounting/finance experience with a MNC/ with big 4 tax
- Familiar with PRC GAAP, US GAAP; SAP knowledge would be a plus
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in written and spoken English
