Key Responsibilities:
1. Laboratory Operations:
- Perform routine chemical tests, analyses, and experiments following established procedures and protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, such as spectrophotometers, pH meters, chromatography systems, and other relevant instruments.
- Prepare and handle chemical solutions and reagents for experiments.
- Conduct sample preparation, including weighing, mixing, and labeling.
- Record and document experimental data accurately and maintain detailed laboratory notebooks or electronic records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
2. Quality Control and Assurance:
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Perform routine analysis of samples to verify product quality, purity, and composition.
- Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities in test results or product quality.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues.
3. Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle chemicals and hazardous materials in a safe and responsible manner.
- Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling.
- Comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and procedures related to laboratory operations.
4. Equipment Maintenance and Calibration:
- Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment according to standard procedures.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or deficiencies to the supervisor.
- Assist in troubleshooting and basic repairs of laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing, repairs, or procurement as required.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and concise reports summarizing experimental findings and test results.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of laboratory inventory, including chemicals, reagents, and supplies.
- Support the review and revision of laboratory procedures and protocols as necessary.
MUST HAVE:
- High School or Diploma in any fields, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a chemical laboratory or related environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with a range of laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording experimental data.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Thai and English languages for effective communication.
