As a Digital Strategy Trainee at EF, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Assist in executing the Digital Paid Media strategy for a portfolio of markets.
- Support the management and optimization of PPC campaigns on top search engines like Google and Bing (SEM), as well as Display and YouTube campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of social advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Support in performance analysis of advertising campaigns.
- Identify and explore new advertising opportunities.
Desired skills and experience:
- A bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Communications, or Engineering.
- Knowledge of Social Media Advertising.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, particularly Google Ads, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in French, Spanish, and/or Italian is advantageous.
- Legally eligible to work in Switzerland (either a European passport holder or Swiss work permit holder).
