Department: Supply Chain
Job Location: Head Office, Pakin Building, Bangkok
Report to: Import and Export Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Order receipt and coordinate with supply chain planner for product readiness
- New product enquiry handling
- Exporting process
- Export document
- Billing process
- Relevant claim or adjustment needed
- Relevant exporting expense
- Coordinate with government officer in relevant to exporting activities ie Certificate of Origin application, Customs formality process
- Coordinate with purchasing team for freight sourcing process
- Weekly and/or monthly report
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trading Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Power point. SAP or JDE knowledge is preferred.
- Effective communication skill in both English and Thai
- Positive mind set, Can-do attitude and service minded
- Problem solving, planning, multi-tasking and organizing skill
- High responsibility, can work independently and under pressure
Experience:
- At least 3-5 year of experience in Import & Export or related fields
- Experience in Construction material or Manufacturing industry is a plus.
