The role:
The Front of House team will work as part of our Experience Team who needs to ensure they deliver a next-level experience with the highest standard of customer service to all TRIB3 members and guests. You will be responsible for welcoming, checking-in and assisting our TRIB3Rs, and selling session credits or memberships. You will participate in team meetings & store events. Daily tasks include telephone duty and cash handling, always ensuring that all our members and guests receive a next level experience.

Role Specification

As the part of the Experience Team, you will be responsible for the following:


Store Experience

  • You will be responsible for delivering a next-level experience. This includes greeting, assisting and checking-in our TRIB3Rs into our stores.
  • Assisting with any enquires in-person, on the phone or via email.

Represent TRIB3 brand values

  • At the heart of our brand are our values; they are what we stand for and sit at the heart of organisational decision-making and behaviour, influencing how we treat each other. It is essential that the Experience Team represent our brand and values to ensure that great customer experience is being delivered at every touchpoint.

Selling the TRIB3 experience

  • You will be responsible for communicating with our TRIB3Rs, up-selling session credits and monthly memberships.
  • You will also be responsible for driving sales to meet the targets that have been given by either the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Store operations

  • You will be responsible for delivering all standard operating procedures whilst on shift and ensuring the store looks and feels next level at all times.

Behaviours, Required Experience and Qualifications

The Experience Team member will have:


Experience

  • Work experience in customer service and sales (desired, but not essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft package skills, specifically MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility is essential for this role

The person

  • A passion for health and fitness is desired. We love team workouts and experiencing the TRIB3 experience hands-on!
  • Ability to foster strong relationships and engage with people from all backgrounds and demographics
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised and conscientious
  • Hard-working and ambitious
  • Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
