Job Description
Harvest Trail Services is federally funded and operates with a dedicated focus on connecting workers with employers in harvesting or horticulture jobs across Australia. MADEC provides labour solutions for more than 15,000 harvest workers each year, by posting harvest job vacancies, screening and matching workers, and assisting employers in understanding their obligations when employing workers. We work across eleven regions along the eastern states of Australia including South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania. About the Role
MADEC Harvest Trail Services is looking to engage a Harvest Office Manager to be based at our office in Renmark, SA, servicing the SA Region. You will be responsible for leading your small team to deliver the service requirements of the federally funded contract and will focus on connecting workers currently in Australia that have legal work rights within horticultural, harvest and seasonal employment opportunities. When placing suitable workers, you will safeguard employment conditions are lawful, workplaces are safe and candidates are inducted properly.
This position will require you to have the ability to liaise with industry bodies and employers including labour-hire providers and contractors to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Minimal overnight stays may be required to effectively service your area and partake in national collaboration.

- Have highly developed leadership, collaboration, communication and organisational skills which will be utilised to maximise outcomes and will rely upon to maintain and develop relationships with local businesses and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a motivated individual who thrives on working independently to gain the best possible outcomes for our workers and employers.
- You will possess strong written and oral communication skills, sound knowledge of MS Office applications, report writing skills and a demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service by building strong relationships.
- Experience in recruitment, employment services and/or agricultural services would be advantageous but not essential
A valid driver’s licence, National Police Check and Working with Children Check are a requirement for this role.
