Responsibilities

This role will be reporting directly to the top management. Our company is looking for someone who will be able to lead the sales team and drive business initiatives. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Leading and mentoring the sales team, fostering a high performance culture

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in local and international markets

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 10 years working experience and in Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry

Fluent to speak in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) is a must

Fluent to speak in English

Having an extensive personal network, especially a network of customers who use freight forwarding services

Strong leadership and team building skills

Strategic thinker with results driven approach

Ability to travel as required
