Position Purpose:
The role is responsible for implementing the strategy for IC plans in North America, including the timely delivery and accuracy of all incentive compensation deliverables produced and distributed to the field force. The role will manage the processes supported by Biopharma Operations in the areas of incentive compensation (IC) and sales analysis in North America and is responsible for a range of functional responsibilities which include the following: Quota & Bonus production, IC Cycle Management, Governance, Verification, Reporting and Contest and Awards processing. The role requires the colleague to actively engage with teams both within Biopharma Operations as well as across the larger organization, providing support for the implementation of incentive compensation according to the established strategies and policies. The role works directly with external vendors and partners to ensure compliant IC plans are administered.
Core Responsibilities and scope of work:

Ensure all incentive compensation production processes and deliverables are managed, produced and distributed to the field force in a reliable, repeatable and accurate fashion.

Assist in the creation and management of incentive compensation policy and procedures, ensuring compliance, consistency and adherence.

Supports a creative and future looking approach to IC, focused on managing multiple markets (i.e. Canada, US) and the diversity that exists across geographies.

Align with the Global IC Vertical to share best practices and implement collective advantages where applicable.

Assist in the creation and management of Service Level Agreements, monitoring metrics and processes associated with the various agreements with the goal of continuous improvement.

Provide clear and concise direction to key vendors to ensure that both Pfizer and the vendor meet or exceed the SLAs associated with the production of quality incentive compensation deliverables.

Coordinate with NA IC team colleagues to ensure proper communication to the field regarding key incentive compensation deliverables.

Manages processes to ensure IC is operating in accordance with all GMIS and Pfizer Compliance regulations.

Works as a key IC team member to ensure key vendors meet expectations in delivering to IC commitments.

Drives tactics for workflow, project priorities, and resource allocation needs across the team and ensure these synchronize with others within Biopharma Operations.

Required Qualification:

7+ years in data management & analysis with a minimum of a bachelor's degree; MBA or higher degree preferred.

Minimum of 3+ years in Pharma industry

Exceptional level of experience with production management and timeline implementation

Experience in planning and implementing localized initiatives with the ability to drive results, analyze data and report progress in a complex environment.

Demonstrates the ability to interface with all levels of management, establish trust and build consensus.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to facilitate successful presentations to individuals and/or small groups.

Excellent software skills (Excel, Tableau, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems quickly is a must.

Demonstrated project management skills.

Knowledge of change management systems.

Ability to achieve results, acting in both a supportive and team-oriented manner.
