ThinkIN is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. She/he should be able to close sales and meet targets.

Your Characteristics:
- Creative, smart and ready to face new challenges and take initiatives
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Ability to contribute to international working environment and have an open and out of the box approach
- Can-do attitude, able to solve or lead
- Proven inside sales experience with technical products or ICT services
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing “dozens” of calls per day
- Proficient with web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications and listening skills
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage workload peaks
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (knowledge of German and/or French is a plus)
Your Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales manager for further development and closure
- Achieve sales quarterly quotas
- Identify new potential prospects and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team up with the sales manager to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Organise events and online fairs in collaboration with marketing
- Identify new RFI/RFQ/tenders locally and internationally
Your Qualifications:
- University Degree economics, marketing and communication, business administration, engineering, or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in sales preferably with experience in digital transformation area
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral
- Knowledge of marketing strategy and business development
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
