Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Time remote Medical Billing Phone Customer Service Pediatrics Primary Care to join the Trusted Doctors billing team. The candidate must have experience answering patient telephone calls, collecting patient payments, and updating demographics. The candidate should have a clear understanding of healthcare claims processing and how to read an EOB. Trusted Doctors will onboard and provide training remotely.   • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Pediatric Primary Care experience: answering patient and insurance companies telephone calls, patient payment posting. Obtaining patient demographics and insurance changes.
  • Ensuring courteous and professional communication is made with all parties.
  • Ensuring patient questions and requests are handled completely and in a timely manner.
  • The candidate has a knowledge of Insurance companies' explanation of payment (copays, co-insurance, deductibles, coordination of benefits, non-covered services, PCP issues).
  • Must have current working knowledge eCW E-Clinical Works.
  • Escalate patient concerns to the appropriate individual or practice, based on the nature of the complaint or problem.
  • HIPAA compliant workspace is a requirement.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus.
  • Microsoft Teams knowledge a plus.
  • Full Time Monday-Friday (EST) No evening or weekends.
