JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager while providing assistance in the daily operations of the mall
 - Performs administrative support and attending to customer/client concerns
 - Ensures that all the billings from the mall are properly check and verified before processing
 - Liaises of documents from concern department
 - Screen calls and inquiries from clients
 - Performs other job related duties as assigned
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Marketing, Operations Management, Business Management or Other related course
Mall Management- Knowledgeable in mall operations - Competencies – Administrative support and customer service focus
 - Product Knowledge – Deep understanding in mall/retail industry
 - Amenable to work 6x/week, during holiday and to work longer hours
 - At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
 - Fresh Graduate/Entry Level with good internship exposure in admin/operation function and is willing to be train are welcome to apply
 - Good communication both written and oral skills
 - Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional manner
 - Must be attentive and has a sense of urgency
 - Hardworking and responsible
 - Keen to details and has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
 - Knowledgeable in using MS Application (Word, Excel and PPT)
 - Standard office equipment
 - English and Filipino
