Service Desk Agent - (Fresh Graduate) [Malaysia]


 

- Open to Fresh Graduate (at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field)

- willing to learn

- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and remote support tools is an advantage.

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts (preferred)

- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
