We are responsible for the set-up of a new business service for our production plants and suppliers in Europe. As a global organization, we ensure the steering 10 Mio. Packaging movements p.a. from 40 plants to more than 700 supplier relations in Europe. Our organization is already established in the Americas, China and Germany, now expanding our services with the Service Hub in Budapest. Our target is to be best in class. We always look out for best practice in the market to achieve excellence in everything we do.
Your contribution to something big:
- Order processing:
- Demand verification & order processing
- Operation Bottleneck management
- Delivery schedules edits
- Coordination of processes with internal and external partners:
- Logistic Service provider, production plants & Supplier interface
- Complaint handling:
- Management of complaints indicated by Suppliers
- Management of complaints regarding packaging quality and further issues
- Account booking control:
- Monitoring and control of Empties Account
- Clarification of differences with internal and external partners
What distinguishes you:
- Language skills:
- Fluent English
- Fluent Spanish
- University degree or alternative significant working experience in the field of business administration, logistics/ supply chain management
- Agility in solving problems and prioritizing tasks
- Knowledge in MS Office
What gives you an advantage:
- Fluent Hungarian
- Conversational German language knowledge
- SAP (MM) knowledge
