Are you the person that Cyclops needs?
WE NEED:
- You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting qualified candidates for Cyclops.
- In this role, you will work closely with Cyclops' HR - and Internal Operations Manager.
- You will be part of the Internal Operations Team (5p).
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- act as single point of contact for recruitment towards candidates, organisations and colleagues involved in the recruitment process and management of Cyclops
- actively sourcing and screening our future talent and building the necessary talent pools and databases
- guiding candidates through the entire selection process from screening to hiring, providing an excellent candidate experience to the prospects
- tracking actions in the recruitment database (Afas) and reporting regularly to management
- organising and participating in events such as job fairs and university networking events to actively build relationships with potential candidates, trainees, freelancers and various organisations such as Alumni, universities, ...
- organising the internal Job Day and other Cyclops events in close cooperation with HR and Cyclops management
- continuously improving processes and tools for recruitment, aligned with best practices and new regulations
- taking the initiative to contribute to recruitment strategy and implementation
- actively support the onboarding process and handover to the HR manager
- managing social media channels (LinkedIn, IG, Facebook, etc.) related to recruitment; drafting social media posts, tesimonials, etc.
- drafting and sharing vacancies on various channels, website and via partners, e.g. Universities, Valves, ...
- propagate and implement our Employer Branding, promote Cyclops identity, .....
YOU ARE:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including in recruitment and selection.
- You have sourcing experience through LinkedIn and other channels.
- You have a proactive make-it-happen mentality.
- You are goal- and result-oriented.
- You are stress and pressure resistant.
- You are flexible and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have fun and want to work for a fun company.
- Your software knowledge includes Office Suite.
- You speak Dutch, English and French.
