Facilities Associate
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the facilities department
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment inventory
- Provide leadership and guidance to facilities staff
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and fabricating parts if necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with budget planning and cost control measures
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facilities management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of CMMS software and its applications
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
