We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Customer Service Officer who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling role to join us at Jump! Swim Schools Point Cook. Reporting to the Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining operational safety and statutory compliance when on shift. A vibrant and confident personality with a positive and results orientated focus is a must.
Responsibilities will include:
- Customer Experience
- Aquatic safety and Plant operations
- Workplace Health and Safety
- Managing aspects of the new membership process; actively generating new business leads, handle day to day phone and walk in enquiries
You must hold a current first aid certificate and Working with Children Check.
Variety of shifts available. Sunday AM (8:30AM-1:00PM) essential.
Essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar customer service role
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check
Desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
- Highly developed problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Austswim or Swim Australia accreditation
