A Textile unit is looking for an HR Assistant to join team and support the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in talent acquisition and onboarding, and knowledge of HR best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing the HR department's calendar.
  • Assist with the talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Onboard new employees, including completing paperwork, providing orientation, and setting up benefits.
  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Administer employee benefits.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in an HR role, preferably in the textile sector.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
