Key Account Manager, your future position?
As a part of the Naturex Sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for our most important accounts in the Central America and Andes regions. Also, you will lead and influence other team members and take part in strategic account planning activities.
In this exciting job, you'll:
- Create a broad base of new business opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive account development plans for main accounts.
- Develop an understanding of customer potential by analyzing brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition.
- Ensure that Givaudan is well-positioned to participate in core lists.
- Develop interaction (Purchasing, Research and Development, Quality Control, Marketing, Supply) with assigned customers and foster solid relationships.
- Manage large commercial projects in collaboration with Science and Technology and Applications.
- Ensure Givaudan's visibility and exposure to the client by maintaining and guiding the right visit frequency with main product demonstrations and the technical-to-technical interface.
- Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans.
- Track customer shipments and manage profit through production and launch.
- Defend the leading business in important markets and with main customers.
- Lead the negotiation of price agreements observing company guidelines.
- Deliver budgeted sales and gross profit results within the assigned sales territory.
The position is based in our facilities located inBogotá, with a hybrid working model (1 day from home and 4 at the office a week). - #LI-Hybrid
You?
- University degree in Accounting, or next to graduate.
- At least 3years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Experience, or related; within the Food, Supplements, Ingredients, or related industries.
- Have solid Project Management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the market.
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
