Our colleagues in the Logistics team are looking for a Logistics Performance Manager.


As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to oversee transportation, warehousing capability through the ownership of cost performance and analytics and reporting, and through driving end to end continuous improvement projects.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Lead month-end financial report process
  • Facilitate and build yearly Transportation budget plans and ICP
  • Control end to end reporting of Logistics service levels and cost performance
  • Own best practice within E2E Performance and operational team.
  • Proficiency in logistics technology and project management.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align logistics operations with overall business objectives.
  • Implement best-in-class logistics practices, drawing upon industry benchmarks and emerging trends, to drive continual improvement in operational effectiveness.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Language skills - English (Required); Second Language (Preferred)
  • Proficient knowledge of a Transport Management System
  • Strong operational knowledge
  • Cost reduction projects
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Financially fluent with Logistics costs and reporting
