About the position:
We are looking for a talented and experienced motion designer to join our team on a freelance basis. You will be responsible for scripting and creating promotional video ads, testimonial videos, explainer and demo videos. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and management to ensure that our videos are aligned with our overall marketing strategy and that they effectively communicate our value proposition to our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Script and create promotional video ads, testimonial videos, explainer and demo videos.
- Work with the marketing team to understand our target audience and their needs.
- Develop and execute video marketing strategies that drive traffic and leads.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to ensure that our videos are aligned with our overall marketing strategy.
- Measure the effectiveness of our video marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in motion graphics, animation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong scripting and storyboarding skills.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator).
- Experience with motion capture and 3D animation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew & English.
