For our client in Amsterdam centre we are looking for an Operational Analyst - Back Office
Role & responsibilities:
- Corporate Action processes
- Able to manage situations outside standard processes
- Adapt procedures, enhance the existing services, mature in continuous improvement;
- Good communication towards team members and team leaders; good interaction with other internal teams (ESES/EB Operations, Client Services, Commercial, BA?s)
- Building and sustaining good relationships with other depositaries, clients, agents etc.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Security Services Operations and/ or Client Support.
- Broad experience of business processes of Asset Servicing
- Creativity and ?out of the box? thinking is a must
- Local market and basic primary markets knowledge or a willingness to master
- Knowledge of BaNCS application is a plus.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Client-focused
- Team player
- Flexibility to travel occasionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French as an additional asset
