You’ll be requires interfacing with a broad range of stakeholders for setting and executing growth strategies, services and solution offerings. You’ll be required to work closely with the sales & commercial teams from the product lines, including Integrated Well Services (IWS) as well as with the Early Engagement team.
As a Regional Commercial and Sales Leader – Reservoir Technical Services (APAC), you will be responsible for:
Delivering Sales quotas as agreed with all commercial and technical sales teams
Reporting to RTS Region PLD
Steering Cadence and financial oversight Regionally
Leading business intelligence in collaboration with other RTS Area leads, Region and global leaders
Leveraging public databases, client activities, competitor directions, and industry trends to create dynamic business forecast
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
Have 10 years’ experience, including significant operator experience or working with operating companies and understanding their requirements
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the oil & gas upstream value chain and client drivers
Be flexible to travel as per business requirements

In this role, you will travel to and work on customer sites across the Asia-Pacific Region in line with customer requirements.
The duration of the work at site and the hours of work at the site will be in line with customer requirements. In between work assignments, you will have free time in line with Baker Hughes working time guidelines and fatigue management provisions.
