SALES EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the company services and demonstrate them to potential customers.
- Analyze customer's needs and matching with company services.
- Build good communication relationships with clients, partners, and principals.
- Generate new potential leads from new or existing clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients and continuously seek and initiate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute the company sales targets.
- Compose and manage project administrative documents.
- Work closely with the developer team, system analyst, business analyst, design, and C Level to support or advise client needs and deliver solutions to clients.
- Work closely with admin, finance, operation, and legal to ensure the smooth process of contracts, agreements, payment of work, and other required administrative documents.
- Observe the opportunities in enterprise procurement and government e-procurement.
- Own the responsibility and actively practice the company culture in daily working activities consistently with clients and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Maximum 40 years old
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Understand and able to operate tools like PowerPoint, MS Office, and Excel
- Quick learner and passion to pursue the sales targets
- Able to work with target-oriented
- Able to cooperate, collaborate, and work in a team
- Having a good verbal and written communication skill
- Having a good presentation skill
- Thorough in arithmetic and writing, detail eye oriented, and pays close attention to the quality of work output
- Having strong interpersonal skills and strongly be able to negotiate and problem-solving.
- Having experience working in the tech industry, digital agency, and event organizer is a plus
- Having experience working in the IT consulting company is a plus
- Fluent in English speaking and writing is a plus
- Having a good-looking and neat and professional appearance
- Having a passion and willingness to learn more the software development is plus
- Having a good understanding and experience of e-procurement and LPSE flow is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp8,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
