- To have basic understanding of Battery materials, product technology, production process and main assets. Analyze production process data and production performance (productivity, quality, reliability, yield loss, manufacturing cost, etc.) to identify continuous improvement.
- Analyze process capabilities, identify production bottlenecks and potential solutions by leveraging global sites best practices, R&D, technology expertise.
- Identify digitalization tools and automation solutions
- Support to operations projects management
- Bachelor or above degree;
- Chemical Engineering & Technology, Materials Chemistry or Applied Chemistry other related major
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively & inclusively in the global team
- Strong learning agility and analytical skill
- PMP certification as a plus
