We are recruiting a Fraud Manager to monitor merchant's performance and patterns, handle the cards transactions monitoring with all possible scenarios, monitor wallet behavior, initiate investigations when there is doubt, mitigate counterfeit and fraud, keeping fraud ratio within card schemes rate at acquirer and merchant level. Responsible for documenting all investigative activities, analyzing data to detect irregularities according to regulatory compliance procedures, and applying corrective actions.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, IT or any relevant field
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in risk management, specifically in the payments industry
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
- Excellent team leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
