Job Responsibilities:

  • As a front-line staff member present a positive and professional image of the company to all students, visitors and other staff members;
  • Effectively and professionally greet and communicate with all visitors to the school;
  • Answer external and internal phone calls; respond to e-mail and in-person inquiries from students, staff members and business partners;
  • Provides general student support, and refers all inquiries to the appropriate staff members or departments when specific needs arise;
  • Administers and arranges inbound/outbound mail, including packages, courier services, and other correspondence and maintains spreadsheet of information; sorts and distributes received correspondence;
  • Maintains office supplies inventory, orders office supplies and maintains office supplies stock according to operational needs on a weekly basis;
  • Observes and reports any security issues to the facilities department;
  • Maintains the reception in a tidy and presentable manner;
  • Opens and closes campus on time;
  • Checks all equipment is on and ready (faxes, photocopiers, printers, TV screens, etc.) for the workday; reports immediately if something is out of order or has run out of necessary supplies;
  • Performs other duties as required.

Your Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • College diploma in one of the related fields, or an appropriate combination of education and experience;
  • Hospitality, accommodation or administrative working experience is preferred;
  • Complete fluency in English and Spanish
  • Able to work under high pressure and highly dynamic environment;
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to details;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting as well as independently;
  • Strong computer proficiency, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word;
  • Basic mathematical competence.

You also bring:

  • Willingness for self-development and day to day learning;
  • Enthusiasm and passion for customer service;
  • International experience.
