Description:
Training curricula
- Is responsible for soft skills training needs analysis, design/redesign, delivery, admin, evaluation
- Coordinates the Talent development programs in the SSC (including planning, implementation, and follow-up)
- Conducts induction programs to effectively support the onboarding process of new hires
- Trains employees using a blended learning approach
- Is responsible for the creation of the content for soft skill training (design/redesign), taking into account the blended learning approach
- Updates and maintains the learning materials (training flow, workbooks, exercises, etc.) and records
- Makes sure that all training materials & necessary information are accurate and prepared in due time
- Reviews and adapts learning methods based on the latest research and business needs
- Plans and prioritizes efficiently all admin-related aspects of the training
- Completes necessary pre & post learning administration
- Provides accurate and timely follow-up on all trainings delivered
- Evaluates the success of activities on the learner
- Prepares training reports as required
- Constantly monitors the accuracy of the information on SharePoint and Oracle
Stakeholder management
- Works together with internal customers/stakeholders in assessing the local needs in terms of learning & development programs
- Maintains close relationship with the business in order to adapt the soft skills training content
- Participates in the local management meetings in Cluj regarding forecast, planning and reporting of training activities.
Admin/Online platforms
- Supports the Digital Learning Specialist to solve Oracle issues and requests at team level
- Keeps accurate and timely records of all training-related activities
- Supports internal collaborators with their training admin activities
- Runs reports according to business needs
- Coordinates and solves all admin requests at the team level
- Escalates and solves all issues related to the different platforms
Other responsibilities
- Is personally responsible for the quality of his/her work as documented by the Company’s official documents
- Actively acts on the feedback received from participants, direct manager and business Is in coordination with the L&D Manager is responsible for planning the annual training roadmap.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Advanced level of English, both verbal and written ( other language is a plus)
- 2-4 years of relevant learning & development experience
- Training certificate is mandatory
- Experience in coaching and training live and/or via MS Teams
- Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, and as a plus Camtasia
- In-depth knowledge of systems and processes relevant to the field
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Basic principles in the development of training curricula
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes in line with departmental and organizational need
