Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Communicate with staff to address scheduling conflicts and changes.
- Assist in managing time-off requests and coordinating replacements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of staff schedules and attendance.
- Address and resolve scheduling issues in a timely and effective manner.
