Job Responsibilities

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.
  • Identifies and acts on opportunities to continually improve the customer experience.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to apply knowledge and sound judgement.
  • A good team player able to show flexibility and adaptability in a fast moving environment.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to converse & written fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Cantonese.
  • Preferable Mandarin speaker.
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related area is preferable
  • Must be able to work closely within the team and at the same time able to work independently with minimal supervision

Basic Salary: RM3000 – RM4000

KPI Allowance: RM300

Working Location : KL Sentral

Working Hour: 9am – 6pm (5 working days & 2 days off (Rotational)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

  • KL Sentral: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Required)
