Position Title:
Factory Production Associate - Full-Time
Pay Rate:
$21.15/hour
Sign on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months,
$500 after 1 year
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time
7am-3pm
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am
Monday-Friday
The Job You Will Perform:
Stack 10-50 pound bundles on pallets according to print requisitions
Utilize vacuum lift to transfer the heavier bales from the discharge conveyor to the pallets
Wrap bundles through Kraft paper, tape, and strapping machines
Occasional utilization of manual pallet jack
Sorting and raising pallets
Baling up to 5 machine lines per shift
General housekeeping duties
Other tasks as assigned
The Skills You Will Bring:
Adaptable to work day shift, swing shift, and graveyard shift.
Available to work weekends, Holidays, and mandatory overtime as required.
Wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as, but not limited to, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, and safety steel toed shoes.
