Description

Join our team at Electric Pass Lodge, managed by East West Hospitality!

We are looking for service-oriented Pool Servers to join our team. If you are passionate for food and hospitality, task oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

  • Prepare station and perform assigned opening side duties, set up pool bar.

  • Handling of and basic preparation of food and beverage.

  • Taking food and beverage orders.

  • Providing clean towels and replacing used towels with fresh towels.

  • Bussing pool lounge area.

  • Handle credit card payments

  • Track inventory and fill out paperwork for new orders

  • Collect inventory from loading dock.

  • Ability to maintain organization and strong service while maintaining multiple guests.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at all service stations.

  • Perform all duties in a professional manner, both when dealing with guests and other colleagues.

  • Provide exceptional service and a memorable experience to all guests.

  • Anticipate guest needs.

  • Have an awareness of customer problems and potential problems, take initiative to solve any potential issues, work with integrity and use good judgment to problem solve.

  • Perform all closing side duties, leaving station clean and set for the next shift.

Location: Electric Pass Lodge - Snowmass Village, CO

Start Date: May 2023

Employment Type: Seasonal; Part Time or Full Time

Schedule: Typical Shift MID/PM, some nights, weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate: $20/ hour + tips

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours

  • Must obtain TIPS certification

  • Passion for Hospitality
