The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Software Staff Analyst for its Space Intelligence and Weapon Systems Software (SI&WS) organization in El Segundo, CA or Colorado Springs, CO.

This position will provide support for the director of the SI&WS Software organization as well as other senior leaders. This is a key role in providing communication, tracking, organization and coordination across the organization contributing to shape and influence how the organization functions on a daily basis.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports the organization to ensure daily operations run smoothly
  • Plans, supports and implements logistics for division level internal and/or external events and meetings across multiple sites
  • Establishes and maintain meeting cadence, agendas, and scheduling
  • Facilitates the generation of weekly reports, and program milestone presentation content for briefing
  • Collects, organizes, generates, and maintains metrics tracking established processes across all software development phases to show progress and compliance
  • Demonstrates excellent group collaboration, teamwork, and relationship strengthening to deliver excellence to the team and those the team supports
  • Possesses exceptional organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Embodies proactive and self-motivated engagement; can complete tasks with minimum supervision

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications
  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 5 + years of experience in project planning and coordination
  • Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
  • Highly motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and high attention to detail

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 4 $93,500 - $135,700

U.S. Government Export Control Status: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
