You will be part of a diverse and global Communications Team with around 10 colleagues and closely collaborate with the Marketing Communications Teams in headquarter and worldwide. As experts for communications of Digital Industries we translate the business strategy together with our partners, into targeted MarCom activities. What part will you play?
  • You deploy successfully marketing and communications campaigns for MC along the customer journey and own their implementation from ideation to execution (inclusive budget-responsibility) – digital first (including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns) to create demand and nurture leads to support the business.
  • For MC‘s verticals and digital offerings you develop new and creative marketing and communication strategies, campaigns and other measures.
  • Within this position you collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team as well as with sales colleagues, agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Additionally, you measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Applying your strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points is also part of this role.
What you bring to make real what matters.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing and / or communications together with the potential to learn and grow
  • Highly creative and open-minded personality with experience in identifying target audiences and in devising content across marketing channels and digital communications campaigns that engage, inform, educate and motivate
  • Proven experience and solid knowledge in developing and handling social media campaigns including Content Marketing and Analytics tools
  • Experience in planning and realizing customer projects (e.g. trade fairs, events)
  • Up to date with the latest trends in marketing and communications measurement
  • Strong communication skills with a proficiency in English, whereby German language skills would be a plus - and a collaborative mentality.
