Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnosis evaluate customer requests
  • Monitor our Support and Parts channel to provide knowledgeable, personable and timely responses to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Part shipments, replacement orders and service calls are being followed through
  • Evaluate customer warranties
  • Dispatch service calls
  • Accurate data entry for reporting on day-to-day customer solutions/parts shipped/dispatch service calls booked
  • Providing outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, chat and email
  • Experience in appliance repairs / installs / maintenance preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
  • Follow-up on pending tasks
  • Excelled verbal, written and interpersonal skills (English a must)
  • Basic Excel knowledge an asset
  • We provide full training, but prior experience in customer service is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
