Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnosis evaluate customer requests
- Monitor our Support and Parts channel to provide knowledgeable, personable and timely responses to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Part shipments, replacement orders and service calls are being followed through
- Evaluate customer warranties
- Dispatch service calls
- Accurate data entry for reporting on day-to-day customer solutions/parts shipped/dispatch service calls booked
- Providing outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, chat and email
- Experience in appliance repairs / installs / maintenance preferred
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Follow-up on pending tasks
- Excelled verbal, written and interpersonal skills (English a must)
- Basic Excel knowledge an asset
- We provide full training, but prior experience in customer service is preferred

Salary: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
