Responsibilities:
Qualification

  • Grade 12, Standard 10 /N3, NQF Level 4 (Mandatory)
  • ND or Degree in Human Resources (Advantage)
  • Driver's License (Mandatory)
Years of related prior experience

  • 1 – 3 years' relevant administrative support experience
  • Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) (Mandatory)
  • Experience in HR modules (e.g., SAP time and attendance) (Advantage)
Job Responsibilities (Outputs):
Generalist HR Responsibilities

  • Assisting HR Advisors with activities including but not limited to contacting shortlisted candidates, scheduling interviews, scheduling pre-employment medicals, scheduling new employee inductions, completion of onboarding documents and employee exits, compiling longlists and ensure compliance with Tronox standard processes linked to the employee life cycle, including but not limited to following respective processes for selection and management of exit processes in line with Tronox guidelines.
Payroll and Administration

  • Maintain a proper document control system
  • Ensuring compliance with all HR controls and application of control measures
Customer Service and Relationships

  • Ensure understanding of expectations of internal clients and manage relationships
  • Operate within HR service delivery standards and guidelines.

  • Adhere to Safety Health and Environment programme goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate a high-performance focus and culture.
