CONTEXT

The Richemont Group is accelerating its logistics transformation, including the implementation of new distribution models that are extending the role of our logistics network in all regions.

Agility, speed and being customer centric are the key drivers for a successful logistics transformation at the service of all our maisons.

By joining the group logistics team, you will participate to the elaboration and the evolution of our standardized logistics operating model, in close collaboration with the logistics operations and with the group technology departments.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?

While being immersed in an international environment, your responsibility will be to :

  • Master the logistics operating model and represent the logistics function in all projects concerned ;
  • Contribute to the logistics worldwide roadmap to reinforce the efficiency and standardization of the logistics operating model ;
  • Understand and validate changes in the logistics operating model proposed by logistics operations and by projects ;
  • Manage the relation with group technology departments (formalize needs, validate solutions, … ) to ensure adequacy between logistics needs and technical solutions.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US ?

You have a proven expertise of 5 years in logistics process design and reengineering (warehousing and/or transportation), along with hands-on SAP implementation experience (MM / EWM). Knowledge in import/export and trade compliance are an advantage.

You have convincing interpersonal skills, with the ability to constructively argument and influence decisions, as well as accompany teams through change. You are positive and adaptive to people from different disciplines, with varying degrees of technical experience, and in an international context.

You are autonomous, organised, rigorous and with a very good ability to find solutions in a changing environment. You will leverage your field experience to deliver concrete business impact and take accountability on results.

You have a university degree or equivalent, with at least 8 years of professional experience. You are proficient in English, while French is an advantage.
