- Position Title: Sales Admin / Admin Assistant (Sales Support)
- Working Location: Gul Circle (Near the MRT Station)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls from clients
- Check emails and respond to clients’ enquiries
- Issue PO & DO
- Data entry
- Documents sorting
- Filing and general admin support such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- At least 1 year of experience working as an admin.
- IT savvy & well-versed in Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
