A fast-paced medical practice based in Hillcrest; Durban is looking for a young energetic individual who has a passion for people, strong communication skills, attention to detail and a friendly approach. Previous work experience as a medical receptionist is essential. The main role for the individual is to assist with answering calls, attending to emails, filing, invoicing, booking of beds, ward checks, relaying test results to patients, liaising with labs and you will be asked to assist one of the secretaries with tasks when busy. Own transport is essential.
Requirements
1. Grade 12 minimum
2. Able to deliver a high standard of patient service
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Be friendly towards patients
5. Computer Literate, MS Office
6. Able to work both independently and part of a team
7. Valid Driver's License and own vehicle
